Bucher informed SNAPPER that the ""Bard Experiment"" has become part of the MSC campus for the second time in three Dean Bucher feels that by having these men begin their college career under Bard Hall rules they will experience an ideal opportunity to advance Bard Hall houses 150 freshman male students.. These men are all recent high school graduates.. The experimental element in Bard Hall consists of extended quiet hours , extra study rooms , stronger guidance , and no stustu dents owning automobiles. . There are five student counselors to assist Dean Bucher.. They an Bolinger , Jim Hontz , are JJan Ray Leatherman , Jeff Vermuth , and Rags Ringlaben.. Main objective of Dean Bucher and his staff is to raise the quality point average of MSC . years.
